The government recently announced that it would not be backing a window scrappage scheme, which would have helped thousands of people avoid large heating bills this winter.
Whilst the PM has hinted at a new Green Deal which would give “every home the right to have home energy efficient improvements of up to £6,500 in value”, there haven’t been any significant moves to put this plan into place yet.
Installing energy-efficient UPVC windows can often be an expensive process, which is likely to deter many homeowners from upgrading their property’s insulation.
Britelite Windows, however, are offering a window scrappage scheme, worth up to £75 per window replaced.
If the average house has eight windows, our replacement window scheme could be worth as much as £600. A further saving of £100 can also be achieved by taking part in Britey’s A-Mazing Game Show.
We are one of the only UPVC glazing companies in the UK that fit A-rated energy efficient windows as standard — windows that really do make a difference to your carbon footprint and energy bills.
Combine this with our extensive 10-year warranty and the fact that all windows have a unique 10-point locking system and you have got an extremely worthwhile investment on your property that could add thousands of pounds to its value.
Take a look at our extensive range of UPVC windows, doors and conservatories for more details.
